I want to give a shout-out to the First Impressions team here @ FRC-Lima!  Led by Xenia & Margarita, the FI team is doing an awesome job of welcoming people, handing out bulletins, answering questions, seating people, showing warmth & friendliness to all, & ... well ... making a fantastic First Impression on everyone who attends FRC-Lima!  Great job, Lima FI team!
