What Can You Expect?
From the moment you pull into the parking lot at any of our campuses, you’ll be made to feel at home. Our terrific parking team will direct you as you enter the campus. Then our amazing greeting team will be poised and ready to give directions or answer any questions you may have. Help yourself to a freshly brewed cup of Starbucks coffee in our foyer. If you have children, you can check them in either at Treasure Island (Preschool) or at The Lagoon (Children) where they will enjoy age-appropriate worship in a safe and welcoming environment. There’s literally something for everyone!
As you enter the auditorium, our ushers will welcome you, hand you our information-filled weekend worship guide, and direct you to your seat. Whether it is your first time at FRC or you’ve been attending for years, you never know what to expect during our worship service. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave, we are committed to a creative, compelling, and challenging presentation of God’s truth. Our lead teaching pastor, Troy Gramling, presents truths from the Bible in a way that speaks to today’s culture. The focus is on how to apply the Bible to everyday life so we can all reach our God-potential. The music wraps the weekend message in a relevant way, featuring everything from cutting-edge worship to treasured hymns to the latest pop hit.
Children and Students
Flamingo Road Church has three areas designed to engage your child in exciting, age-appropriate activities and Bible lessons. We want to welcome you and your children/students to Flamingo Road Church. We work hard to provide excellent age-appropriate worship and Bible stories for each child. We believe that your first experience with Flamingo will be inviting, positive, and will set you at ease to enjoy a distraction-free worship experience. We hope you enjoy your visit to Flamingo Road Church and your children/students beg you to come back!

Just a quick shout out to our Singles Ministry! I have found myself many times this week thanking God for this group of amazing young people! Our Elevate group has taken it upon themselves to LEAD THE WAY for our campus in the area of sacrificial serving. Every time our staff turns around, this incredible group is blessing another family or another ministry. You guys have tremendous blessings coming your way for leading our church and community by modeling a Christ-like life. Love you guys!

(Snapshot of Sunday's services) A glimpse into the places in the world where people are currently logging in to flamingoroadchurch.com and doing life here at Flamingo....God is up to something and He is using "ordinary" people like you and I to do it! He's just putting a little "extra" into us taking us and this movement from the realm of ordinary to......EXTRAORDINARY!! Love you all!!

This is my "birds eye" view of Lima children this morning (both English and Spanish speaking). Most of these children come to us without hope but here they are being offered Jesus filled hope and joy! We are "One Church Where you Are" and although away - I have never felt so close to all of you there at the Hallandale Campus this morning! God has been good to this ministry we call Flamingo Road Church!

Everybody loves surprises right? I know I do. Have you ever been driving home for the thousandth time and suddenly noticed... "Hey, how long has that been there? I never noticed that!"...
Sometimes it's been there the whole time, you just needed fresh eyes. Other times, changes just pop up out of nowhere.
Well for all you faithful Hallandale Campus Attendees, you are in for a sweet surprise when you walk into our Front Lobby this weekend! I'm not going to give anything away but let's see if you notice something different when you come this weekend...
We are always striving to make your experience as good as it can be. God deserves our very best!
Coming next week... Volunteer Highlight...
Stay tuned

Beautiful Hallandale Volunteers,
Holly and I would love to thank all of you for your kindness towards us
this past weekend for either honoring us with Pastor Appreciation gifts
or for supporting us as we taught. All the encouraging words, gifts,
smiles, laughs, and nods were VERY appreciated and noticed. Thank you
all! We really do consider you all family and are honored to be part
of this movement with such great people that share the same burden we
do: to see people accept Jesus and begin to live for Him.
Sincerely,
Chris and Holly

One of Arethra Franklin's most popular songs was Respect. The past week we spoke about Respect in TheRush. I think that South Florida is one of the rudest areas in the country. I am not from originally here and I can remember some thing that happened about 14 years ago to prove my point if you don't believe me. I was at the Sawgrass Mills Mall and opened the door for a lady, she couldn't believe it. She looked at me weird, paused, and finally walked through. She looked at me like, "What are you doing?". Of course, proving my point even further, she didn't thank me. What happened to Respect? The bible says that if we respect and honor our parents we will live a long and wonderful life. My question for you is are you respecting your parents? They may not deserve it. They may have done bad things to you or someone else. No one deserves grace either but God gives it to us abundantly. Let me encourage you to do something this week to show respect to your parents.

Rhythm (from Greek ???µ?? – rhythmos,
"any measured flow or movement, symmetry") is the variation of the
length and accentuation of a series of sounds or other events.
As a musician, I am always analyzing the importance of Rhythm in a particular musical piece. And equally as important as the notes that ARE there, are the notes that ARE NOT there. We call them "RESTS". Music without rest would just be a chaotic jumbled mess of sound. It is the REST or the "space between the notes" that make great songs.
The same is for our lives. We run so fast, that if we don't have the properly placed REST then our lives begin to resemble a chaotic mess. Pastor Troy shared with the staff this week that God left instructions for the RHYTHM of life..
GEN 2:3 "And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done."
Some people call it the "Sabbath" but what it really comes down to is "RHYTHM"... our lives need rhythm and God knew it. He did not rest because He needed it, He rested because He knew that WE would need it.
RHYTHM adds strength, power and energy to our lives. Work, work, work, rest... Work, work, work, rest... Work, work, work, rest... this is the pattern that God has modeled for us. Will we follow?
Let us find great balance in our lives.... let's leave some space in the margins to let God fill us up. Let's take care of our minds and bodies so that we can accomplish what God has intended for us.
Let's find the "space between the notes"...
Peace
Pastor Fuller
